Inequality divides us socially and if we stay within “our group” we have less interaction with people who differ from us. Therefore, we experience less diversity in our lives. 

We need people to have equal access to opportunities and their treatment in any circumstance to be fair and balanced, with an equitable outcome. 

Equality provides a frame for fairness; we all need to fill in the gaps!
